Breaking a Promise.
It is a very simple thing, a promise. However so, time and time again, it has been proven too much of an obstacle for so many of us.
Breaking a simple promise, such as not turning up for a scheduled date, can cause so much distrust and displeasure among friends that their relationships start to sour.
Trust is not an easy to time to garner, neither is it an easy thing to keep.
It is as easily destroyed as a brittle thin sheet of glass.
The simple rule of thumb is this....
It is a very simple thing to do.
Keep your promises. Do what you say you'd do.
Friends are always there for you through stupid decisions and lousy relationships, the least you can do is to respect that person and have the decency to keep your promises.
Your friends will always think the best and do the best they can for you... They are not last-minute dates or in other sense, your "spare tires" when things go bad, or when you have nothing better to do.
