Just Thirty Seconds

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
And the pedestrian lights turned green.



It was just another SATURDAY NIGHT
and we were just crossing the road at thejunction of Orchard and Paterson fromNgee Ann City towards Orchard Cineleisure.

30, 29, 28...



As we were crossing, we suddenlyrealized that the entire cross junction
perimeter was accessible to pedestrians.

25, 24, 23...

And then suddenly, someone said..."Let's all take a photo at the centre".



Everyone just paused, dumbfounded,
and Melvin was like ... WHAT?

19, 18, 17...

After a second of hesitation,
we all charged to the centre and...

CLICK!

13, 12, 11...


As fast as our moment of spontaneity, wemelded back quickly into the sea of pedestrians.

7, 6, 5...

Before we knew it, the roads were once againawashed with the sound of running motors.
