there's this misconception about dieting.
dieting = eating healthy food (not stop eating food).
every time you consume food, your metabolism is activated. your body knows it can start burning stored fats because there are energy sources coming in.
however, after 3 hours or so, your body stops burning fats.
this simply means you get fatter when you don't eat constantly.
eat small portions of food every 3 hours!
24 hours of burning stored fats?
who wouldn't want it.
