Onwards To Tekong

I just got off the phone with Levin. I know he says it is all fine and dandy in his camp as well as in his bunk.. but i still cant help but worry.

Even though we were on the phone for a couple of minutes, it's amazing how much he has grown up. He really is a man now.

He managed to get a prime position in the room, under the fan, all thanks to his quick wits. He does have some smarts afterall.

Levin's All Set for Tekong!

But he still is my little brother.

I told myself i wouldn't cry, but i just can't stop the tears.

Boy oh boy, do i miss that little bugger.

AHHHHHHH!

His irritating whistle screeches.
His 24/7 singing.

His super hilarious imitations of everyone in the clique.
His never-ending running notes.
His undying spirit.
And last but not least....

The love he has for all of us.
Everyone of us.

The Blue Colour Card!

In the words of Levin: "Tell everyone i love and miss them alot. My phone batt limited la. *haha* so i can't call everyone. But to all those who messaged me like Derek ah, tell them i miss them loads. Yeah!"

(cue super drama sobbing from Nicole)

OK OK OK! oh my goodness *slaps myself*

K. No more emo shitty talk!

At the risk of being prosecuted and possible assasinated, i secretly took some pictures and videos of how Tekong is really like.

Here is a video which i took during the briefing when the weird-sounding sergeant tried explaining to the clueless bunch of parents what their sons were getting in their field packs/bags.. ah.. whatever!

...and the rest are some random shots for all you SUA KU KUs (yes, i'm talking about you Winsty) who have never seen the island of Tekong before.

It was super depressing that we all couldn't go in together, but Melvin and I had tons of fun mimicking the sergeants, twisting every single good thing they were saying about the army and as well as the weirdo parents.

WE WERE BORED!!! You can't judge us.

Sniggers

The wonderful landscape and architecture to and from Pulau Tekong.......

To serve your country and protect the ones you love, that is what Levin is doing.

Cliquers... let's all be proud of him. He is no longer that simple himbo he used to be.
